Dr. Bruce L. Huntley, ACC, is a multi – certified and ICF-Credentialed Leadership and Business Coach, speaker, community leader, and economic and business development expert, as well as a former human resources executive with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries.

Dr. Huntley is the Sr. Partner and Founder behind The Elvicore Consulting Group, an organizational development consulting firm, prioritizing human-centered growth, seamlessly integrating strategic HR practices, risk mitigation, and technology to optimize the alignment of people, processes, and technology. He is also known for his expertise in DEI and is a trusted authority on designing and implementing inclusive and equitable programs that enhance organizational culture.Â

Dr. Huntley holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, where his research focused on how leadership support can drive meaningful change through inclusion.
