Dr Elona Nobukhosi Ndlovu is a Chartered Coach, Researcher, and Consultant with over 20 years of international experience across Southern Africa, the UK, Canada, and Ireland. She is deeply committed to entrepreneurial coaching, leadership development, and business incubation, working with executives, business leaders, and entrepreneurs to drive strategic growth and lasting impact.
Holding a PhD in Management, her research focuses on Entrepreneurial Coaching and Business Incubation in South Africa. She also holds an MSc in International Management, an Advanced Diploma in Life, Executive & Business Coaching, and various industrial psychology and human resource management qualifications.Â
As Vice President of Small Businesses at the African Entrepreneurs Council (AEC), Dr Elona leads entrepreneurship programmes, research initiatives, and coaching interventions to empower small business owners. She is also the Founder and Head Coach at BizPreneur, a coaching and training practice specialising in executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic business growth.Â
Dr Elona is an accomplished researcher and thought leader with multiple peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and conference presentations. She is a sought-after speaker, delivering keynotes and panel discussions at international coaching, leadership, and business forums.Â
A fellow of the International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS) and an affiliate of Harvard’s Institute of Coaching, Dr Elona has served on industry boards, including Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA). Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to education, economic growth, and entrepreneurship.Â
