Coaching Research Poster Presenters Guidance
- PhD, Postdoctoral and Early-Career researchers are invited to submit poster proposals of recent research results, research activities in progress, and initiatives that are enhancing coaching research which is of interest to Black Coachers and aligned with the conference vision and mission.
- Selected posters will be confirmed asap and no later tahn 1st May 2025.
- Selected posters will attractively display innovative coaching research initiatives aimed at inspiring dialogue between academic and non-academic delegates alike.
- Posters will be displayed at the in-person Poster Session on Day 1 of the conference, where researcher(s) stand by their poster and speak with delegates of the conference.
- Required poster size is A0 (1189 x 841 mm or 118.9 x 84.1 cm, which is 46.81 x 33.11 inches) in Landscape. Previously presented posters must be presented in A0
- Complete the Research Poster Application to be considered for the Research Poster Session.
- The form is intentionally formatted to enable submitters to provide as much or as little information as recommended by their university.

Coaching Research Poster Presenters FaQ's
A No, although to be eligible to take part in this call for posters, researchers must be currently enrolled in a PhD or Postdoctoral programme. We recommend that you consult with your academic advisor/supervisor about your submission and obtain their consent if required.
In exceptional circumstances we welcome researchers whose initiatives are aligned with the theme of the Black Voices in Coaching Research Conference
AÂ All submissions will be notified by email by the 1st May 2025.
AÂ No, although as an international conference we want to encourage global researchers to participate.
A Yes! If not written in English please provide a link to the poster that can be translated.
A All selected posters must be submitted in a digital format (pdf) and will be display on a screen for the session. No printing is required.
AÂ We would recommend limiting the use of any items that will distract from the message, and we understand some topics may be enhanced through the use of visual aids.
AÂ No, to avoid any copyright infringements.
AÂ The primary form of communication must be spoken or interpreted (i.e. sign language with an interpreter) prose. You're welcome to include relevant material.
AÂ No, the conference is a ticketed event, only registered delegates will be able to attend the poster session.Â
