The International Black Coaches Association (IBCA) is a dynamic and evolving global community committed to elevating the standard of coaching excellence while dismantling systemic barriers to equity.Â
At the heart of the IBCA is a dedication to providing comprehensive support for coaches at every stage of their professional journey. We offer a robust network of community, collaboration, and mentorship, fostering an environment where coaches can learn, grow, and connect with peers from around the globe.
We empower coaches through a range of initiatives, including continuing coach education, skill-building workshops, and certification programs. Recognizing the importance of leadership development, we also provide opportunities for coaches to cultivate their leadership potential and take on influential roles within the coaching community and beyond.
