Dr. Pamela Larde is an award-winning social scientist, leadership professor, and internationally recognized coach, educator, and speaker. Affectionately known as Dr. Pamela, she brings a powerful blend of academic insight, real-world application, and soulful wisdom to the spaces she leads.
She currently serves as Associate Professor of Leadership at Anderson University and Director of Education at the Institute of Coaching, a global organization affiliated with Harvard Medical School. She also contributes to the advancement of coaching science as a member of the scientific board for EZRA Coaching, a London-based coaching organization serving clients worldwide.
In 2013, Dr. Pamela founded the Academy of Creative Coaching, an ICF-accredited coach training institution dedicated to equipping leaders, change agents, and organizational teams with the skills to lead with intention, equity, and impact. Through her leadership, the Academy has trained hundreds of coaches across the globe.
Dr. Pamela’s work centers on joy, well-being, justice, and leadership, drawing from more than 15 years of research on self-determination, post-traumatic growth, and the transformative power of joy in life and leadership. She is the author of multiple academic publications and creative works, including Letters to the Brokenhearted, Joyfully Single, and The Practice of Joy Workbook.
