In this powerful keynote, Dr. Pamela Larde explores how joy — often dismissed as trivial or indulgent — is in fact a radical, decolonial act. Drawing from her EPIC Joy framework and Multidimensional Framework of Joy, she invites coaches to reimagine their practice through the lens of liberation, connection, and cultural integrity. Pamela challenges dominant coaching paradigms that prioritize individualism, productivity, and perfectionism, offering instead a pathway rooted in community, spiritual resilience, and embodied well-being. Through story, scholarship, and soul, this talk illuminates how joy can serve as both a method and a metric for dismantling systems of oppression in coaching spaces
