Lildonia Lawrence is a Wellbeing Coach, Equality & Diversity Trainer, and author with over a decade of experience in Global Majority Wellbeing, Anti-Racism and Equitable Healthcare. Since 2010, she has worked across multiple sectors, advocating for accessible wellbeing education and supporting individuals who have experienced racial trauma.Â
Her approach bridges movement, mental health, and social justice to create healing spaces that centre joy, community, and resilience. Through her consultancy, Lildonia delivers workplace training, group programmes, and one-to-one coaching designed to empower individuals and equip allies with the knowledge to foster meaningful change.Â
She is passionate about dismantling systemic barriers that impact wellbeing, particularly for those navigating healthcare systems that were not built with them in mind. Lildonia is the author of Back Yourself: A Wellbeing Guide to Healing from Racial Trauma, a transformative resource offering tools for self-advocacy and holistic healing. She is also the host of Intersections, a podcast exploring the connections between race, wellbeing, and social justice.Â
Currently pursuing a PhD at Coventry University, Lildonia’s research examines Caribbean dance as a form of resistance and its role in preserving cultural identity and fostering empowerment. Her work contributes to a growing digital archive documenting the power of Black dance as a force for social change.Â
